Marketing / communication internship
Are you a born marketer looking for an educational internship?
Help build the thriving story of Cyclis with our team.
As an intern you will be a full-fledged colleague in our young and energetic marketing service. You will be part of an enthusiastic and driven team and you will taste all important marketing aspects. And of course you don’t do this for nothing: After your internship at Cyclis you are ready for the marketing world and our cycling community is eternally grateful to you.
During the internship you will help with the organization of our annual #biketoworkday. The campaign takes place every year on the first Thursday of May. With this awareness-raising campaign, we motivate everyone to cycle to work. Because who knows… they will get the cycling jitters.
Together we make a positive contribution to our environment, the health of employees and the congestion problem.
In one year, we created a community of more than 1500 cycling enthusiasts. A community that you will continue to build with a lot of passion.
In May 2020, our team moved to a brand new office in the heart of Hasselt. When designing our workplace, we paid a lot of attention to ergonomics, natural elements and relaxation options. We do everything we can to create an environment that fosters your creativity.
The more imagination and creativity the better!
You monitor all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) on a daily basis. Community building around our campaign will be your top priority.
You create content adapted to the different target groups and communication channels.
You actively search for the ideal #ibiketowork ambassadors and provide them with the necessary tools. You guide this extremely important target group from A to Z.
You actively think about how and when we reach our target group as well as possible. You are a fully-fledged colleague and your own contribution is therefore certainly appreciated.
The ideal intern:
Is following a marketing or communication course
Is communicative, both orally and in writing
Is a team player, but prefers to work independently
Is creative and breathes new life into the campaign
Works well with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office applications
Is a social media freak
Is instantly in love with our office dog: Luna
The internship period will be mutually discussed at the first meeting. Ideally, you can support us both in the preparation of the campaign and on the #ibiketoworkday on Thursday 6 May 2021.
