How does the maintenance budget work at Cyclis?
Cyclists can go on maintenance and purchase additional accessories from you thanks to this budget. They can track the budget through My.Cyclis and show it to you, so you can immediately see how much they have left.
So the customers do not pay on the spot, because you may invoice us for the amount afterwards. We then settle that amount through the maintenance budget.
If they no longer have a sufficient maintenance budget, they pay the difference directly at the store.
