The cyclist consults his maintenance budget via the My.Cyclis tool. Whenever his bike requires servicing, he will show you proof of his remaining budget on his smartphone. This tells you exactly how much maintenance budget the cyclist has left. The customer does not pay on the spot, as you bill us for the relevant amount afterwards. We will settle the amount against the customer’s maintenance budget. If the cyclist does not have enough maintenance budget left, he has to pay the outstanding amount at the shop.
