What should I do if I lose my bike key?
Notify us immediately. You can do so at insurance@cyclis.be or by phone at +32 11 730 115 – option 2. This will prevent you from losing insurance coverage if your bike were stolen in the meantime.
After this, have an official copy made as soon as possible through the manufacturer of the key or the bike dealer (official copy with engraved key number or a duplicate by using the supplied card with barcode).
