FAQ

Is there a joining fee ?
No, there is no joining fee to implement a bike plan.
Do you offer on-site info sessions?

Absolutely. We’ll be happy to come and inform your employees about bike leasing. We can even arrange for a local bike dealer to join, so different types of bikes can be tested and your employees can make a well-informed choice.

Of course, we also organise online info sessions and webinars for smaller groups.
How do you make bike leasing simple?
For us, it’s all about carefree cycling fun. We go the extra mile to make our cyclists happy. That’s why we offer an all-in lease package including damage and theft insurance, a flexible maintenance budget, roadside assistance and a 3-year warranty.

Clear and personal communication is also very important to us. That’s why our team is the first point of contact and guides cyclists step by step throughout the entire process.

Thanks to our online portals, we make bike leasing simple and transparent for everyone: employers can track all lease bikes within the company at any time via HR.Cyclis, while cyclists can find all information about their bike on My.Cyclis (portal and app) wherever and whenever they want.
Is bike leasing already possible starting from just one bike?
Absolutely! There is no minimum order with us.
