Which bike shops can I go to for maintenance?

For maintenance, go to the dealer the bike came from. If you do want to change bike stores for some reason (such as moving), that’s no problem at all. In that case, though, always look for one that is an official distributor of your bike brand and notify us of your choice so we can adjust it in your file. Only then will your new bike store have access to the data of your leased bike in the Dealer.Cyclis tool.

Note: regarding warranty issues, you will always have to go back to the original bike dealer.
