How does the maintenance budget work?

Cyclists can use this budget to have maintenance carried out and purchase additional accessories from you. They can consult their budget via My.Cyclis and show it to you, so you can immediately see how much they have left.

This means that customers do not pay at the shop, as you invoice the amount to us afterwards. We then settle that amount through the maintenance budget.

If they no longer have enough maintenance budget left, they pay the difference directly at the shop.
