When can I get a replacement bike?
When you face a claim or if your bike was stolen:
- You are eligible one week after submitting the insurance file to our insurer.
- The replacement bike may be used for up to 38 days (subject to availability).
- Submit the application to one of the Cyclis employees you are in contact with about the insurance file.
- The bike, including an ART2 lock and Cyclis bike bag, will be delivered to and collected from your home address or place of work.
- Two types of replacement bikes are available: e-bikes and speedbikes*.
- This support service is completely free if the general terms and conditions are met.
*Speedbikes for those leasing a speedbike; e-bikes for all other types of lease bike.
