What documents must the employee sign?
The cycling policy and statement on honor. The bicycle policy establishes the internal agreements between the employer and the employee. In the statement of honor, the employer determines how often the employee must bike to work. Most payroll secretaries recommend a minimum of 20% commuting. These are internal documents and therefore should not be shared with us. We will provide you with sample documents if required.
