What is the bike leasing process like?

After employees have signed the bike policy and the statement on honor, they can easily simulate lease prices through the My.Cyclis tool. If interested, they go to their local bike dealer to request a quote including accessories, after which they can convert the simulation into an official lease quote. Within 2-3 business days, they will then find it in the tool and receive it via email as well.

You approve the lease quote through the HR.Cyclis tool for HR and employers. Once we receive approval, we order the bike. From then on, we take all the work off their hands, notify employees via email when their bike is ready and support them throughout the lease period.
