What is the bike leasing process like?

After employees have signed the bike policy and the declaration of honour, they can easily simulate lease prices via My.Cyclis. If interested, they go to their local bike dealer to request a quote including accessories, after which they can convert the simulation into an official lease quote. Within 2-3 business days, they will then find it on My.Cyclis and receive it via e-mail as well.

You approve the lease quote through the HR.Cyclis portal for HR and employers. Once we receive approval, we order the bike. From then on, we take all the work off your hands, notify employees via e-mail when their bike is ready and support them throughout the lease period.
