Are there any current recall actions?

Yes, there are. When we become aware of a recall, we always do our best to check whether any of our cyclists are affected and to inform them accordingly.

Below is a list of the recalls we are currently aware of. Note: this list may not be complete, but we keep it up to date with the information we have.

1. Cowboy C4 ST (Edition MR)

• Cowboy will contact affected cyclists directly.
• You can contact Cowboy directly at: recallteam@cowboy.com.

2. Stromer ST3, ST5 and ST7

• Stromer will contact affected cyclists directly.
• You can contact Stromer directly at: safety@stromerbike.com.
• All details are available on Stromer’s website.

3. Klever Y-Muse 25, Y-Muse 45 and Model X

• Check your frame number on the Klever website (only available in Dutch)
• Contact your bike dealer when your bike is eligible.

4. CUBE Agree C:62 (model years 2025 and 2026)

• Check whether your bike is part of this series via www.cube.eu/recall-agree.
• Stop using the bike immediately until the front fork has been inspected and, if necessary, replaced.
• Bring the bike to a Cube Store or an official Cube dealer near you.
• Read all details on the Cube website.
