What documents must the employee sign?

The bike policy and declaration of honour. The bike policy establishes the internal agreements between the employer and the employee. In the declaration of honour, the employer determines how often the employee must bike to work. Most payroll secretaries recommend a minimum of 20% commuting. These are internal documents and therefore should not be shared with us. We will provide you with sample documents if required.
