What should I consider when the customer wants to lease a speed bike?

1. Collect the following documents:

• E705 document (customs).
• COPY of the certificate of conformity (COC). The original is for the driver.
• Our purchase order of the speed bike.

2. Email these documents together in one file to speed@cyclis.be:

• Always set up a COMPLETELY NEW E-MAIL.
• With subject line: Request license plate SO…/PO….

3. As soon as we receive the license plate, we will send it to you by registered mail along with Part I of the registration certificate.
4. Did the license plate arrive? Then the bike may be picked up by the client. When picking up, also provide the original certificate of conformity and Part I of the registration certificate. These are the board documents and they must always be with the speed bike.

Notice:

• You cannot deliver a speed bike without a license plate or board documents!
• The customer must hold a valid final driver’s license if they want to ride a speed bike. A driving license type B (car) or type AM (moped) is sufficient.
