What should I do if my bike breaks down en route?

If you have opted for the breakdown assistance service (valid in the Benelux and up to 25 km outside Belgian borders) in your lease contract, you can call VAB on +32 3 253 61 38. Have your SO number* handy.

A technician will arrive on site as soon as possible and repair your bike or – if that is not possible – take you to one location of your choice. This could be e.g. your bike dealer or your home.
