What should I do if my bike is stolen?

Report the theft to our insurer via My.Cyclis and upload the following documents:

• A police report or theft certificate: make sure the frame number of your bike is mentioned in the document.
• A photo of both keys of your ART2 lock with the key number clearly visible, or a photo of both keys together with the key card showing the number.

Please note:

• The key number in the photo must match the number listed on the collection document you signed at the bike shop when collecting the bike. If your key number changes, you must inform us immediately.
• If the bike is stolen together with both keys, there is no insurance coverage.
• If you only have 1 key, there is no insurance coverage.
