What should I do in case of damage?

Go to your local bike dealer and ask for a repair estimate along with photos of the damaged parts. Make sure the frame number of your bike is listed on the estimate.

If a third party is involved, you must either have a police report drawn up or fill in the European Collision Form. You can use the same form that applies to cars. Both the police report and the collision form must mention your bike’s frame number.

Report the incident to our insurer via My.Cyclis and upload the documents mentioned above. Once the insurer gives approval, the bike dealer may proceed with the repair.
